Giuliana and her staff were absolutely incredible!! My husband and I had never traveled to Italy before so we were at a loss as to where to stay, eat, how to visit certain sites, transportation, etc. We could not have asked for a more well organized, personal, educational trip! We had just the right amount of organized activities as well as free time to explore on our own. If we had questions, they were quick to respond to us. The accommodations were beautiful and very clean. Every restaurant in a sea of thousands of restaurants were spot on each night! Thank you again for an amazing 40th anniversary trip that we will never forget!

My husband and I enjoyed a phenomenal two week trip to Italy with Sense of Italy. Giuliana thought of every detail! We enjoyed private tours of some of the most iconic historic sites. All of our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. We had private drivers to help us get around and Giuliana arranged all of our trips across country via high speed train. We didn't have to think of anything except what time to be in the hotel lobby ready for our day. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even had dinner reservations made for us every night at wonderful restaurants walking distance from our hotels. We stayed in beautiful boutique hotels - our hotel in Rome was right next to the Pantheon! Giuliana and her team were accessible by text anytime we had a question or needed anything during our trip. Everything about our trip was memorable! I would highly recommend Sense of Italy and we will definitely use them again!

There are not enough glowing words of praise to shower upon Giuliana Pinelli and her Sense of Italy services. She worked with my wife to plan a marvelous 11-day trip to Italy that started in Rome, went to Florence, Tuscany, then ended in Venice. From the moment we came out of the baggage claim area in Rome to when we were left at the check-in desk in Venice, Giuliana and her associates were always available to guide and assist us in having one of the best travel experiences we have had. The numerous drivers who got us from one place to another were all crisply on time, knowledgeable of the best routes and impressively capable drivers. Lord knows I'd not try to navigate some of the tight fits that were quickly & successfully navigated. The Tour Guides she arranged were all fluent in English, well informed, entertaining, excellent communicators who went out of their way to understand our interests and tried their best to match them with our experiences. We had 3 wine tasting "lunches" which were totally delightful, not to mention delicious. Every one of the hotels Giuliana recommended were delightful, beautiful, well located, & spotless, with top notch staff. Communications during the trip with Giuliana were solid...when we needed her input, regardless of time of day, she was there. Also, worth mentioning is Giuliana's extreme patience as this trip got postponed 3 times for over 2 years until COVID & other considerations allowed us to finally have our Italian adventure! Without a doubt, should we go back to Italy again, our first call will be to Sense of Italy.

Giuliana was excellent and flawless… She helped plan a 10 day trip
for my two adult daughters and myself. It was the perfect mother daughter trip! Everything from
Rome to Amalfi to Florence to Venice was perfect! She arranged the perfect drivers , the perfect hotels, the perfect tours and cooking classes and wine tours and The best restaraunt suggestions.. She made all train reservations first class .. We honestly didn’t have to think or worry about anything!! The days unfolded and we just showed up. And she was so easy easy to work with. I was an anxious traveler because I wanted it all perfect for the Mother Daughter trip of a lifetime and She delivered flawlessly!!

Touring Northern Italy with Sense of Italy was the best. Giuliana was receptive to everything on our wish list and organized a delightful trip.. Hotels ( we always had the best views from our rooms), restaurants, and guides were amazing. Transports always on time. Giuliana was our guardian angel - she was in communication with our group of six and ready to help if any snags occurred. There were none! I highly recommend Giuliana’s Sense of Italy for a wonderful, stress-free experience.

My husband and I returned a couple of weeks ago from our trip to Italy that Giuliana planned for us. We cannot stop talking about it! It was better than we had hoped for-- a true dream vacation.
Giuliana attended to every last detail and we were treated like VIPs at every place she had arranged. It was our first trip to Italy and she looked after us the whole time.
All of the tours and transportation were private, so we were able to do just what we wanted. Just the two of us.
We are now so spoiled by Sense of Italy that I cannot imagine taking another vacation unless Giuliana has planned it for us!
