A group of friends and I booked the tour for 6/28/24 for a 7:30 pm boat ride. A total of 10 African American young Nurses and other health care professionals booked this for an outing just to enjoy ourselves outside of work. A little into the boat ride, a friend from our group requested to play a song on the boat. Our friend was told by a bartender (who claims to be owner) “sorry we don’t play COLORED music”!! Lost by this comment, we then proceeded to ask another rider on the boat who appeared as a Caucasian woman what type of music she likes and she responds “I wanna hear some Cardi B” . The driver of the boat (who claims to be partial owner) told one our friends, “I won’t lie, it’s because she’s white we’d play that for her”. I have never experienced this kind of racism outside of either Dementia or mentally I’ll patients so blatantly. The music was not the point, the point was different choice words could have been used. Maybe just a simple “we don’t play hip hop” or other words besides COLORED MUSIC! Which I don’t understand because a lot of Caucasian people listens to “Colored peoples” music and actually enjoys it! At the end of it all we were able to control the music with their iPad (I believe they knew they were wrong or felt bad for what they said) and we played respectful music that the whole boat enjoyed, even the “UNCOLORED” people. Besides the racism, the boat was nice. Overly priced drinks, no napkins or paper towels in stock for the overly priced drinks. But either way ill never book with this company again!

Booked tickets on a tiki cruise for my birthday; the boat and music was nice, as well as the cocktails. At one point the captain let a teenager steer the boat which resulted in a bit of rocking and made me nervous. Not sure if I would book again but it was a nice evening out on the water.

This boat tour was amazing. Kids and adults both had fun. There was dancing, drinks, a limbo contest and a conga line. We can't wait to take another cruise.

The children's tiki cruise was fun and quick for the kids, one hour. The Disney music was cute just maybe wish they made it more "kiddie" in some way for the price. Still a great time!

Wow what an awesome time!! This is our 4th time doing this tour and it never let's you down!! And the owner Rich what a great guy!! Also our captain Morgan and the bartenders were great!!

Great time overall. Our group made (empty) adult juice box pouches with straws so it was easier to drink with the waves. Half way through the tour the captain stopped the boat to confront us on bringing our own drinks onto the boat. Had to explain we were purchasing them from the bar and pouring them into the pouches. Another 15 minutes goes by and we're told by the bartender we couldn't order a specific drink anymore because they had three more tours that day and they needed to save the alcohol for them. Whoops? Anyways, show the staff your empty drink containers before you get on to avoid a scene and order different drinks as to not run the tour dry.

What a fun way to enjoy the Buffalo Lake Erie waterfront. Boat is great! Comfortable bench style seating in the bow area as well as bar stool seating around well, the bar. Captains and crew were very friendly and attentive to their guests. Onboard restroom was convenient and the teaky grass roof kept us from frying in the hot Buffalo summer sun. The group we went with made a relaxing cruise fun and memorable. I Highly reccomend you check it out.
