This was a fabulous tour and Norm is awesome. Norm's training was fun and thorough which really allowed us to feel confident on the segway and have a great time out on the road. His knowledge of the history surrounding the area of the tour was extensive and captivating which made it even more interesting and enjoyable. We have been to Buffalo a few times and this is a must do - one of the most fun days we've have ever had. Quinn says... 'Norm knocked her socks off!"

My wife and I were in Buffalo for a few days while she attended a business conference. Leading up to the trip, we communicated with Norm a few times to get the Segway tour lined up. Upon arrival to the museum, we met Norm who took us through a thorough training on how to use and operate the Segway. Once completely comfortable, we started our tour. Norm took his time in explaining many interesting facts about Buffalo. His knowledge of the area was amazing. The tour was fun and entertaining. Norm was genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Buffalo area. Norm…thanks for a great day, you were AWESOME!!

We were in Buffalo for 1 day and decided to try the Buffalo Touring Company. I worked with Norm, the business owner to make this happen on a weekday as the tour is normally done on weekends. Norm jumped through hoops to make it happen. We arrived and met Norm who really does a great job explaining the Segway and how it operates along with an in depth safety instruction. He gets you on the machine and takes you through a training course and gets you comfortable on the machine. Once you are comfortable riding the tour begins. Norm is very knowledgeable and is very friendly. The tour is amazing with the wealth of information that Norm provides and the fun of riding a Segway. I highly recommend this tour and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

We were in Buffalo for my son's college orientation (so l was feeling pretty sad!). My bf made advance reservations for Buffalo's Touring Company's Segway tour. Admittedly I was indifferent about it because I was coming to terms with my son leaving home for college. But much to my surprise, we had the BEST TIME! I did not expect to have SO much fun! Before the tour, Norm took the time to chat about the area's history. I've never been a history buff, but was quite taken by Norm's presentation of local history. I was already having a great time just listening to him and seeing his artifacts! So much so, that if we never even got to drive a Segway, I would've been happy! It was THAT good! Driving the Segway was an absolute BLAST! I was clumsy and unsure at first, but felt completely safe driving by the time our tour began. The tour was AMAZING! Norm knows so many fun and interesting facts about the area! And he WILL quiz you! He has a great sense of humor and kept us captivated! People were looking, smiling and commenting as we drove by. At one point Norm yelled out "You KNOW you WANT to!" We thought it was hysterical and told him he needs to make that his new tagline! Norm single-handedly made a single mom laugh and forget for a little while that she would be sending her only child off to college soon. I'd say Norm has a bit of a gift. I was grateful for the experience and he made our day fun! We'd do it again in a heartbeat! If you're looking for a sign whether or not to do it: THIS is it! DO IT!!

We did a tour with Norm in mid-August and he did a great job. Our family had a wide range of ages and mobility concerns. Norm adjusted his normal tour to accommodate us by doing a hybrid of walking, sitting, etc. We really appreciated his efforts. He has a wealth of interesting facts about Buffalo and makes the time you spend with him valuable, informative, and entertaining. We would highly recommend doing his tour.

I have always wanted to ride a segway and I am so glad that I did! My husband and I had a blast on our tour with the Buffalo Touring Company! We appreciated all of the history and fun local facts that we learned on our journey. As natives to the Buffalo area we were shocked and intrigued by much of the rich history that occurred right here in our great city! Neither my husband or I had ever ridden a segway, but we felt very comfortable riding with the training Norm and Cheryl gave. This sweet couple are a great team and do an amazing job walking you through the proper way to ride a segway before leading you around town to glide where historic events took place. Their patience and historical expertise were truly exceptional. An added bonus was our tour came with passes to the Buffalo History Museum and the Albright Knox Art Gallery! We had such a wonderful time that we plan on booking another experience! Thank you Norm and Cheryl for a fabulous experience!

My wife and I have always wanted to ride a Segway and finally found the opportunity with Buffalo Touring Company. It was so much fun I'm recommending it to all of my friends and family! Norm and Cheryl lead our tour and we couldn't have asked for better Segway teachers or docents! We're Buffalo natives and still a large majority of the information we learned was new (and incredibly interesting) to us!

Norm and his son were absolutely AMAZING! The segway training they provided as well as the tour were top notch. It was fun and will definitely do again!
