Well I don’t know where to really start with this review, I’ve lived at Mediterranean village in the city of Costa Mesa for over 6 years and have been at peace for a large amount of that time . I’m a 35 y.o Hispanic male that works over 65 hours a week so the tranquility that is kept in these complex plays a huge roll in my life. The peace the quietness (unless it’s my day off haha) plays a huge factor and it’s all thanks to Miss Taje and Miss Gabriela, for as long as i remember Miss Gabriela has been an amazing manager and well Miss Taje has been nothing less than extraordinary and strict in the short time I’ve needed her help. Knowing they’re both working in these offices definitely makes me want to continue living at these complex. I want to give a shoutout to Miss Taje!!! Thank you for all the help you’re amazing- thank you for saving my dog I don’t know how I’ll ever repay you.

Update: Still a bad place to live. The elevator is broken and no one one does anything about it. We didn't get our mail for 2 WEEKS because the mailbox was broken. USPS TOLD MANAGEMENT THAT THE MAILBOX WAS BROKEN AND THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT FOR TWO WHOLE WEEKS.

Dustin Thorpe is the service manager at Mariner's Village. He is very rude to the guests, on top of that he's unhelpful. Dustin should be reminded that the residents are the reason he has a job. As his title suggests, he is there to serve them.

We have always enjoyed living here especially our son Marc! It is very clean and very safe . Marc loves the egrets that come here every spring. The complex is very pretty and the boats magestic. The assistant manager Ian is kind and thoughtful and I appreciate his extra efforts! Leasing agent Cierra is so people oriented and thoughtful! Thank you Rebecca Matthew and Marc Wells

Many many issues. Management is terrible. Crime at properties is horrendous. Management offices at individual properties don't care about issues that are raised. Many trespassers come in and use the amenities and there are no rules in place to deal with these issues. (Security staff says their hands are tied. Police will not respond to things that aren't serious.) Residents try to report constant issues, and once you report a few, they stop communicating with you. Not a way to run your businesses. Residents are the reason you are in business. Step up.

I've had the worst experience EVER! I applied at Valley Plaza Village (Pleasanton CA) and met with Stephanie Bolin. I did everything needed to rent an apartment. EVERYTHING! I was ready to move in. I gave away and trashed GOOD furniture too big to fit in Valley's apartments. Stephanie Bolin canceled My application with no real explanation. I am on State Disability, 58 years old and suffer from degenerating bone in My spine. I gave away My bed, so I am now sleeping on the floor, and on pain medication. I have never in My life been treated like an animal. She called and emailed Me back stating I could reapply if I provide 3 months of My bank statements. This was never initially a requirement, but why she would think I would rent from her after being treated so unprofessionally is beyond Me. I'm not going to say it. YOU TELL ME! Isn't this RACIST!?! It's just Me, no kids, no pets.

We moved to Valley Plaza apartments 2 months back and have really enjoyed our stay here so far.The location of this apartment is very ideal and ~5 min from the downtown.Safeway and walgreen within walking distance with many restaurants right behind the apartments.The staff here have been very nice with special call out and thank you to Stephanie Bolin and Badonna who have been very kind to us.We look forward to continuing our stay here.

OMG! Claudia is the best and the greatest for the building. She’s quite persistent. She gets the job done’ not quite sure what you pay her but I’m sure whatever it is she could stand more LOL is hard to find great employees in this world. We live in today.. AMEN Just for the record. I’ve been living in this building over 20 years. You can thank Antonio for that. By the way, I can stand the discount on my rent … ✌?by the way I do love this!

I've been living in one of their communities since 2017. I am definitely a fan of this REAL ESTATE COMPANY. They are patient with the tenants and work with you. Of course there are proper protocols to follow in that business (that, I completely understand); but they still give you as much time as they can to help the residents. The maintenance department gets the job done and we don't have to wait forever for them to come fix any problems. They keep the grounds clean on a regular basis. Landscaping is beautiful. They have activities for the tenants and (free) food trucks on the premises sporadically. It's more about the tenants than it is the money/rent. That's how you keep/make long term residence.
