I was celebrating my birthday, and thought would be nice to have a party limo to take us to the hotel from the airport. I asked the company exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, I had to call the driver to see where he is. When he came and opened the door he told me that the chairs cannot be turned, and could not play the music. After 20 minutes I showed him the picture what I was expecting he stopped and turned the chairs. I left my charger, which I gave him to connect his phone to play music, which he did not do. And then forgot to give it back and never wrote to me to return it. Not as expected. I was frustrated the whole ride. No apology, nothing.

i went out today with bruno, to explore roma, had an absolute wonderful experience, the driver explained everything about rome, the total experince was mindblowing, he helped take my pictures, which was an ace, would recomend to anyone whos coming to italy for a tour 10/10 ?

Great experience again from a great team. To be honest Italy In Tours is a professional team. I toured the Colosseum and Roman Forum with a guide, the manager was our guide, the tour was very good, he knew a lot so we got to know a big part of Rome's history. I highly recommend.

Fantastic day out to Castel Gandolfo and the surrounding area. Bruno was entertaining, and great at pointing sights out along the way. He recommended and introduced us to new food and drinks in local restaurants. Great driving too a bonus. Would throughly recommend.
