Jenny and her team are absolutely fabulous! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm a wedding planner, and our clients got married at Villa Pizzo in early July... the busiest time of year on the lake! We not only used Lake Como Transfers for all wedding-related transportation, but also for our personal airport transfers and transfers for the guests. It was A LOT to manage, but Jenny did so effortlessly. (Pro tip: Pay for the airport transfer. It will make your life 200x easier after a long flight into Milan--cabs are just as expensive and the train is a pain!) Everyone enjoyed their rides, and complimented Jenny's prompt and professional communication! Thank you for all of your kind help, Jenny and team!

We had 4 in our group with luggage- arranged 3 separate cars from Milan to lake Como, back to Milan and to Airport. We booked a few months prior to our trip. They arranged a vehicle to accommodate us with luggage that was very comfortable and clean. Jenny was great with communication and confirmations via WhatsApp and email.
We were lucky to have the same driver (Gabriel) for all of our transfers-he was prompt, professional, and a very good driver!
For anyone needing car service in the Como Milan area- our group could not recommend them any Higher/ 5 stars for sure!!

Wonderful service! My husband and I used this service for a private transfer from Milan MXP airport to Varenna. We were traveling for 15+ hours and didn’t want to worry about navigating the public train system after our flight.

Jenny was extremely easy to contact and confirm times and details, made it all very easy

Drivers were on time and polite, cars were spacious
Also not too expensive given the comparison with taxis

Worth every penny - made the transit from Milan to Bellagio pain free (as opposed to the busy trains in the hot weather with luggage), just sit back and enjoy the journey!

Lake Como Transfers is fantastic and I have used them many times for both business and personal travels to Milan, Bellagio and surrounding areas. The owner, Lorenzo Pugno, has a wonderful personality and is always on time (with a very clean Mercedes). After more than seven years of flawless service, my wife and I will ALWAYS use them whenever we visit Lake Como. We've had them transfer us to/from Milan to Bellagio, shopping excursions to nearby Switzerland, and even touring through the Italian wine country.

I once brought my sales leaders at my company to Italy for a retreat and he took care of our entire group of 12 people and everybody loved the great service. Very professional, courteous, and always on time. Definitely five star service!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Lake Como Transfers!!! I booked a transfer from our accommodation in Lake Como to the Bernina Express in Tirano and to pick us up in St. Moritz later that evening.
I was nervous about hiring a transfer but they could not have been more professional, organized and accessible. Jenny is always on top of things and responds quickly to any inquiry.
Our driver Giampiero arrived right on time and had everything thought of. The two car seats we required were installed and ready. He had phone chargers and cold water waiting.
He was professional and informative. We learned so much on our drive about the small towns along the way. He offered to stop and take photos or let us walk around the scenic areas if we wanted.
He got us to the train in time to enjoy a coffee and snack together.
When the Bernina Express was cancelled 5 mins before our departure due to an accident blocking the tracks, Giampiero came right back for us and sprung into action to figure out what was going on. He offered to drive us to St. Moritz instead (the long way bc of the accident) and took amazing care of us.
At pickup, because of the pouring and cold rain, he had hot teas ready and waiting. INCREDIBLE!
Our entire day would have been ruined without him there to make last minute adjustments and get us to our ultimate destination safely.

Great customer service by Jenny. Booked Milan to Como return transfers from/to the airport in advance from US. Prompt email replies and easy to talk to Jenny. My flight arrival timing changed and had no issues with the car service.
