I made the tour to Florencia-Pisa last Wednesday (09/11/24). Our guide was a red hair girl that was great!! She explain every in Spanish and English with a full knowledge of all the things during the road trip. Was one of the best tour I made this week.

Briefly, the story is as follows:
On July 20, 2022 (according to my memories), our ship docked in La Speiza. We were going out when a lady grabbed us to go see the Leaning Tower of Pisa with them.

We indicated that there is no problem, but we can pay by bank card. They indicated that the bank card terminal they have is not working, but I will calm down when we get to Pisa (our """wonderful escort, Jennyfer, will indicate that we should withdraw money from her at an ATM here and give it to her""""") ) we thought, what could go wrong? Although I would like to point out here that after what happened, this could have been solved before the whole trip, since we had 30 minutes until departure and we sat idly in the waiting room. However, there was an ATM 3 minutes from the terminal (as in retrospect it turned out)
We went for a hike. Jenny pressed her phone the whole time and broke her English, she didn't even know Spanish, despite the other passengers' requests. In principle, it would have been mandatory for everyone to wear a mask, but interestingly, those who were on good terms didn't have to wear one and Jennyfer didn't wear a mask either. She rushed during the whole trip, we saw almost nothing of what was promised to us and left us 10 minutes on the first trip - it wasn't enough for anything. The second stop was the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Where he kindly stopped to chat with other drivers. After that, what he told had to be done in a hurry.What came next was a nightmare. He ran and pointed to the machine, where you can withdraw the money and then pay him at the end.Since there were already many people standing at the machine, we thought we would take care of it at the end. In the end, when we got to the machine, we saw that what it showed did not work. We tried to find him, but it was impossible in that crowd. (of course I asked the store what was wrong, they said there was a power cut) because of this the ATM did not work. I decided to look for another machine, where we also experienced the same thing. We were already close to our bus, so we went back earlier, hoping that we would leave earlier and have time to stop somewhere and solve the event.
Jennyfer was very late, even the bus driver was impatient about the departure before Jenny jumped on the bus and told us to pay immediately. I told him that not a single vending machine worked and what he did after that was more than cheeky, vile, disgusting, etc. She screamed, humiliating us in front of everyone, shaming us, that there is no such thing, we are not normal, she started talking on the phone in Italian, but she didn't know how to understand me in Italian, I just can't speak. What she said about us was disgusting, outrageous, her eyes were flashing, she behaved like a real witch.She screamed the entire 1-hour bus ride, and corresponded with Alex(A), who works there at the terminal.When we arrived, she continued to behave in a disgusting manner, several of our fellow passengers testify to the way he behaved.They said on the ship that they wouldn't allow this to the extent that this little lady named Jenny allowed herself.After that, she pointed to the ATM, which is 3 minutes from the terminal, so that we can withdraw money there. By the time we got back with the money, Jenny and the driver were gone.We told the police there to help us, as we owe 70 euros.They managed to call someone who said that Jenny wouldn't come back while she was having her coffee with the driver... We deposited the money with the police, trusting that they would give it to them the next day. No one has EVER treated me like that. I have never owed or remained in debt to anyone. Jenny was told that there would be a transfer on the spot, but she was completely confused that she would have to pay for it with her own money, etc. You couldn't talk to her. She acted like he was mentally ill. I'm sure there is consumer protection in Italy too, who protects people from such situations.. If there is no solution or compensation, I will definitely take this case further.

Very well and professionally organised tour. New, air-conditioned bus. Very nice guide, knowledgeable about the area tell us history of Liguria. It was delightful short trip and pleasant experience. Very good value.
