I've been on the Megabus twice. Both times there were delays of over an hour. The first being tire issues that causes a 90 minute delay and the second time an issue with the coolant causing almost a 3 hour delay. They don't seem to care at all either. I understand things happen and the cost of tickets is not expensive but these types of delays can really messed up someone's plans, especially in situations of long term road travel. I am very very disappointed and will not recommend Megabus to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!...so Im scheduled travel to Orlando coming from Miami..However as we are headed to our destination the bus breaks down on the highway’s express lane. The driver managed to drive to a Sheridan bus station. And did not let anyone know of the issues with bus til an hour after remaining idle. The driver says “ I don’t know, I have to wait for a call from his supervisor..maybe we leave today or tomorrow.”...We as customers are stranded here for hours with no sign of management or resolution in sight. The company doesn’t have any back up buses.if this were a SURVIVOR series it would be an episode for the scripts.....MAYDAY MAyday well u get what u pay for ?

If I could give a zero I would. These people took my elderly parents money and refused to allow them in the bus because they wrote down the information given, an order number rather than a reservation number. Unbelievable!!! I had to cancel several business appointments and pick up my 90 yr old dad and 78 yr old mom because of mega bus incompetence. If you want these people to make their money by stealing it go ahead and do your reservations with them. I will hire a lawyer to make a point because it is inhuman to steal from the elderly. I am so disgusted by them.

DO NOT USE MEGABUS, this company steals from its customers, very poor customer service, no supervisor to speak with, very rude bus drivers. The buses are dirty and hardly ever arrive on time. I called just trying to reschedule and I have never been treated so rudely by customer service. Absolutely no help and terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone. They don't deal with any issues. Take any other bus service.

This bus system should be terminated I book my ticket and the bus left before the schedule time and they refused to give a refund or anything form of compensation for my travel they even wanted to charge me the fare and seven dollar more to do another reservation. I book another ticket and the bus was to get here 3:40 now is 4:35 and the bus is no where to be found please use other means to travel

Mega bus is dirty and they have horrible customer service. I came 2 minutes before my trip and the bus already left and after I called to see if I can transfer my ticket to the next time they said they are not giving me my money back. TRY JETSET INSTEAD it is cleaner and they are more accommodating and have way better customer service they will switch your ticket no problem

I am highly disappointed with the customer service ...this is a shame the customer service reps hung up the phone every call I made. This company doesn't want to give its customers good service. I tried to speak with a Supervisor and everytime they did not transfer me and gave me their trained customer service complaint response and hung up the phone. I had a reservation set for a 2-6pm ride from Orlando to Miami the ride was delayed two hours. I am disgusted with this business it's absolutely unprofessional and if I ever get in contact with a supervisor or manager I will tell them about this experience and how not to do business. I am livid it's a shame!!!

The worst customer service I ever gotten in my
Life. I was late for my bus bc of an accident so I asked them to kinda wait for me while I go the detour way, didn’t want to wait for me. Then I asked if I can get on the next bus and they said I would have to pay for a whole nothing ticket. The worst mistake was to ever book a ticket with MEGA BUS. DONT EVER BOOK A TICKET WITH THEM.
